DEEP PLEAT HEPA FILTERS H10 - H13 »
Specifications & Options
- Efficiency Ratings: H10 to H13
- Casing Materials: MDF or Galvanized Steel
- Spacer Materials: Kraft or Aluminum
- Extended Area Option: Available
- Depth Options: 292 mm or 150 mm
- Performance Standards: Compliant with EN1822
Applications
Our HEPA filters are ideal for final filtration in environments requiring ultra-clean conditions, including clean rooms, computer suites, asbestos removal areas, and hospital operating theatres.
Construction
Each filter features water-repellent pleated micro-glass fiber media, with pleats separated by kraft paper or aluminum spacers. The pleat pack is securely bonded into a frame made from high-density particle board, galvanized mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum. Neoprene gaskets can be added to one or both filter faces. By extending the surface area, we can significantly increase flow rates—up to twice that of standard HEPA filters—though this comes with a slight increase in pressure drop. Optional face grilles are also available.
Performance
Our filter media undergoes DOP testing to ensure efficiency in capturing particles as small as 0.3 microns. We offer HEPA filters with removal efficiencies ranging from 95% to 99.997%. Each filter is 100% scanned for leak detection, guaranteeing performance meets specified standards. Test certificates are available upon request.
Elevate your air quality management with our high-performance HEPA filters designed for critical environments!
MULTI WEDGE HEPA FILTERS H13 »

Applications
These filters are engineered for air intake and extract systems in critical applications requiring high-efficiency filtration. The innovative multi-wedge design offers a significantly larger media area, enabling higher airflow capacity compared to standard deep pleat HEPA filters. Each filter undergoes stringent quality assurance procedures and is individually leak-tested, certified, and numbered for traceability.
Construction
Constructed from non-fiber-shedding micro-fiber paper or polypropylene composite media, the filter packs feature mini-pleats separated by a continuous thermoplastic cord. The packs are sealed with polyurethane sealant within a galvanized steel or MDF case and fitted with gaskets as needed.
Range
Our multi-wedge HEPA filters offer H13 efficiency, available in a variety of standard cases with nominal airflow rates up to 4000 m³/h.
Performance
Compliant with EN1822 standards, these filters effectively capture the most penetrating particle size of approximately 0.12 microns.

RIGID POCKET BAG FILTERS F6 - H10 »
Filter Options
- Media Choices: Micro-glass or Synthetic
- Standard Sizes: Three options are available
- Header Options: 20 mm (standard) or 25 mm
- Flow Capacity: High flow with low-pressure loss
- Environmental Impact: Fully incinerable with no toxic emissions
Product Overview
Our rigid bag filters represent a significant technological advancement over traditional bag filters. These innovative filters offer numerous advantages, whether used for new installations or as replacements for existing systems. The RP filters feature an expanded cellular polypropylene pressed frame that is fully incinerable without releasing toxins.
Performance Ratings
Our filters meet EN779-2002 classifications, with ratings ranging from F6 to F9. They effectively capture particles as small as 0.4 microns, achieving efficiencies from 60% to over 95%.
HEPA Filter Construction
Our polyhedral mini-pleat absolute HEPA filters are available with synthetic media or glass fibre paper. Using two-component cold-moulded polyurethane, the filter media is permanently bonded into a durable plastic carrier frame. The mini-pleats are securely separated by cotton threads, which are hot melt glued into position.
- Maximum Operating Temperature: 80°C at 100% relative humidity
- Environmental Impact: Incinerable without the release of toxic gases
